St. Kitts Bottling Company Ltd. has joined with all the Coca-Cola Bottlers around the world to incorporate all its policies and practices with The Coca-Cola Quality System. This is mandatory as we are required to maintain the same international standards and keep our promise to Our Customers and Consumers in producing a high quality product at all times.
Quality encompasses everything we do at the Bottling Company, from the raw materal producer to the maintenance of our grounds. It is a Management Tool designed to refine our system by producing the highest quality product, reducing waste, satisfying our customers and consumers, developing employees skills, improving operational fitness and financial performance. Quality is what we are all about.
The Quality Programme is divided into four phases and each Coca-Cola Bottler is monitored by its Quality Division Head, who monitors the system and certifies the plant at the end of each phase. Each phase is acknowledged with a plaque and part of a sculpture that will form a golden sculptured Coca-Cola Bottle nestled on a rooted tree trunk standing six feet high.
On completion of all the phases we will be recognized for our International quality standard by all organizations.
